 <title>How can you help?</title>
 <link>http://www.tdni.livingportals.com/content/how-can-you-help</link>
 <description>&lt;p align=&quot;justify&quot;&gt;
Basically, it is a two way thing. We are going to be driving a lot of traffic in terms of content, materials, activities, etc in our programmes, and will basically allow members to join freely. However, the only thing we would request or require from our users would be that you invite a friend to become a part of what we are doing.
