It is my pleasure to welcome you to this eLearning Center. Our objectives in this programme is to empower participants to become aware of the possibilities that abound in web site design and development, using the Award-Winning Open Source Drupal CMS. The idea behind using the Drupal Open Source CMS, is to increase its popularity and support as a means to enhancing its subscriber base and there improving loyalty to the Open Source CMS Project.

Basically, it is a two way thing. We are going to be driving a lot of traffic in terms of content, materials, activities, etc in our programmes, and will basically allow members to join freely. However, the only thing we would request or require from our users would be that you invite a friend to become a part of what we are doing.
